Now we are able to further strengthen our UK Cleanroom team with the position of Sales Manager, covering the UK & Ireland, working with our four Cleanroom sites in the region.  This position will be working with, and targeting global market players in the field of Pharmaceutical, Semi-conductor and Life science industries  

Location not important, as long as you have good links to motorways.  As this is a national role, travel will be extensive in the UK, Ireland other European travel.

Your Tasks

As the Sales Manager for Cleanroom, you will be not only a strategic leader, but you will also lead and inspire our nine Sales Consultants to manage our current customer bases and to drive Elis into new organisations expanding our service offering into key verticals.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the business unit’s profitable growth through an innovative consultative selling strategy (Contamination Control Partner).
  • Lead the Regional Sales Team to be motivated and achieve their targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes and secure effective communication of our value propositions.
  • Drive cross sales agenda and minimise customer loss. 

 

Your Profile

•    Cleanroom or Textile industry background or other relevant consultative selling 
•    Time management skills; an ability to prioritise time and tasks
•    Ambitious  
•    Result orientated and strong personal drive
•    Strong interpersonal skills 
•    Strong analytical skills
•    A strong business acumen
•    The ability to unite a team under a singular vision taking all stakeholders along
•    Excellent Communication skills, fluent in English
