We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Service Installer & Garment Measurer. This role involves visiting customer sites to measure employees for workwear, recording garment details on the system, and ensuring accurate fittings. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing and fitting commercial washroom solutions to meet customer requirements. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites to measure employees for workwear and PPE.
• Record garment sizes and details accurately in the system.
• Install and fit commercial washroom solutions, including dispensers and other hygiene products.
• Ensure all fittings and installations meet quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.
• Maintain and manage stock for installation materials.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Drive to various customer locations as required.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license (essential).
• Experience in garment measurement, tailoring, or fitting is an advantage.
• Basic experience with hand tools for installations.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
