We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to be the friendly voice and helpful hand to our UK sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team and make a real impact in Elis.
Your Mission at Elis
- Managing and follow up on customer queries and questions.
- Supporting on an internal service inbox
- Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
- Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
- Co-ordination and support Account Managers.
- Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
- Reactive renegotiation of accounts.
What will make you stand out?
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with computers (MS Office)
