We are now seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Customer Service & Site Administrator to support our operations on a part-time basis.

In this varied and essential role, you will help keep our site running smoothly by handling administrative tasks across the Supply Chain, Health & Safety, and HR teams. You’ll also support the Customer Service team during busy periods.

Your Mission at Elis

Site & Office Administration

  • Act as the point of contact for facilities, cleaning, and maintenance

  • Order indirect materials and office supplies

  • Ensure a safe and well-maintained site environment

HR Administration

  • Manage HR documents and update training records

  • Take minutes during HR meetings (e.g., disciplinaries)

  • Organize new starter inductions and prepare recruitment requests

  • Coordinate site events and update employee engagement boards

Health & Safety

  • Support H&S documentation and compliance tracking

  • Log safety observations and follow up with site management

  • Complete routine H&S records and action items

Customer Service Support (as needed)

  • Handle basic customer queries during busy periods

  • Assist with order placements

What will make you stand out?

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proactive and adaptable, with a collaborative approach

  • Basic Excel skills are a plus

  • Prior experience in admin, coordination, or customer service is desirable

  • A-Level or equivalent education preferred
