Your Mission at Elis

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Local Sales Consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and annual revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Ensure your team maintains a strong pipeline of opportunities and maximises conversion rates.
  • Coach and support team members to understand customer needs and secure new business opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop sales talent to build a high-performing team.
  • Monitor sales activity, performance and productivity through effective use of CRM systems.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop strong knowledge of local markets, customers and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider ICS Commercial function to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular market feedback and commercial insights to the Regional Director.
  • What will make you stand out?

  • Proven experience leading and managing field-based or geographically dispersed sales teams.
  • A successful track record of delivering sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
  • Strong coaching, leadership and people development skills.
  • Experience building and managing sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales performance data.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, resilient and able to work autonomously.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
