Your Mission at Elis
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Healthcare Commercial Office.
Reporting to the Support Manager, you will be the backbone of our commercial team, providing comprehensive administrative support. You will play a critical role in managing bids, pricing structures, and customer accounts, ensuring our healthcare clients receive seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Support: Assist with general administration for Bids and Pricing, ensuring accuracy for our healthcare customers.
Customer Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for the office, dealing effectively and efficiently with telephone and email enquiries.
Account Management: Set up newly tendered accounts, including generating account numbers and product codes, and preparing pricing for Support Manager sign-off.
Contract Administration: Process contractual paperwork for Fixed Charges in line with company guidelines and accurately update the AX system.
Reporting: Complete quarterly reconciliations of Framework Reporting and assist with general bid support tasks like samples and PQQs.
Pricing Updates: Liaise with customers regarding contractual pricing changes, notify them in writing, and implement data updates.
What will make you stand out?
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Experience: Proven work experience in a busy sales administration environment.
Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM software and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Dynamics.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for liaising with internal teams and external healthcare clients.
Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the initiative to work independently.
