Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, influencing business decisions and making a genuine difference to people and organisational performance?
We're looking for a commercially minded and forward-thinking Regional HR Business Partner to join our UK HR leadership team.
Reporting directly to our HR Director, you'll work in partnership with the Regional Director and senior leadership team, shaping and delivering people strategies across a diverse, multi-site operation.

You'll have the autonomy to challenge, influence and introduce improvements, supported by a collaborative UK HR team and specialist colleagues across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as a trusted partner to the Regional Director and senior leadership team, providing commercial, practical and strategic HR advice.
Translate business objectives into meaningful people strategies that support operational performance and regional growth.
Use people data, including attrition, absence, recruitment and employee relations trends, to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
Provide constructive challenge to senior leaders, helping them anticipate workforce risks and make informed decisions.
Lead regional workforce planning, talent reviews and succession planning to build sustainable leadership pipelines.
Identify critical roles, capability gaps and future talent requirements.
Support the development and retention of high-potential employees.
Lead the people aspects of organisational change, including restructuring, TUPE, site openings and closures.
Ensure organisational structures and people practices remain effective, equitable and aligned with UK standards.
Coach and develop senior leaders and managers, strengthening their confidence and capability in managing people.
Promote a proactive approach to performance management, employee engagement and early intervention.
Identify recurring people challenges and implement practical improvements across multiple sites.
Build a culture of accountability, consistency and effective people leadership.
Provide strategic oversight of employee relations across the region, supporting complex or high-risk matters where required.
Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, company policies and people standards.
Oversee regional remuneration processes, promoting fairness and consistency.
Work collaboratively with specialist HR colleagues to deliver consistent and effective people solutions.
Lead, coach and develop regional HR colleagues, creating clear priorities and supporting their professional development.
Work closely with the wider UK HR team, Recruitment, Reward, Talent and Development to deliver a joined-up people strategy.
Share regional insight, best practice and emerging people risks to drive continuous improvement across Elis UK.
