This is a unique opportunity to lead our Rainhill ICS site, with responsibility for £9m in annual turnover revenue, 2000 customers and a team of around 130 colleagues.

The Rainhill site is an important part of our UK ICS operations, and we’re looking for a strong leader who can inspire teams, deliver results, and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is either an existing General Manager, or someone ready to step up into a General Manager role for the first time.

• Lead and inspire: Direct all site teams – production, logistics, engineering, customer services – to deliver excellence every day.
• Take ownership: Full P&L responsibility with a focus on hitting EBITDA targets and safeguarding revenue.
• Develop people: Coach, support and grow your team, ensuring every colleague feels valued and engaged.
• Drive improvement: Lead the LEAN agenda and embed a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Shape the future: Align local operations with Elis’s strategic goals while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Deliver for our customers: Put service at the heart of everything we do, ensuring we continue to exceed customer expectations.
