Your Mission at Elis

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating new business within the hospitality sector across an assigned North East territory.
  • Selling bed linen, table linen and spa ranges to independent hotels, small groups, and hospitality operators.
  • Delivering high-impact client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Building strong relationships with General Managers, Housekeeping Managers, and Buying teams.
  • Managing your own diary and CRM pipeline to maximise sales activity.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to convert opportunities and secure long-term contracts.
  • Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality experience ideal but not essential).
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, able to win business independently.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
  • Able to analyse performance metrics and shape local sales strategy.
  • Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
