We’re looking for a natural salesperson who is confident, persuasive, resilient and motivated by uncapped opportunity. If you thrive on winning new accounts and building relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality industry, this role is for you.
Your Mission at Elis
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business within the hospitality sector across an assigned North East territory.
- Selling bed linen, table linen and spa ranges to independent hotels, small groups, and hospitality operators.
- Delivering high-impact client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Building strong relationships with General Managers, Housekeeping Managers, and Buying teams.
- Managing your own diary and CRM pipeline to maximise sales activity.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to convert opportunities and secure long-term contracts.
- Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality experience ideal but not essential).
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, able to win business independently.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Able to analyse performance metrics and shape local sales strategy.
- Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
