Your Mission at Elis

This role is split equally between site administration and supply chain customer service. As the Site Administrator, you’ll support day‑to‑day operations by coordinating employee communications, organising events, keeping noticeboards and calendars updated, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. You’ll prepare onboarding packs, support HR audits, act as a point of contact for HR queries, take meeting minutes, and help ensure compliance with health and safety processes. The role also includes coordinating site maintenance, tracking repair requests, and managing the ordering of general site supplies.

Within the Supply Chain team, you’ll support customer order processing and handle queries about products, deliveries, and order status. You will ensure accurate data entry, maintain customer and product information, produce reports when required, and monitor customer service KPIs. You’ll also contribute to improving customer service processes and ensuring a smooth, reliable experience for internal and external customers.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR, facilities, or site administration activities advantageous.
