The Opportunity

  • Lead and embed a strong “textile culture” at the site.

  • Manage site-level textile purchasing and ensure spend aligns with budget targets.

  • Monitor customer demand, adjust stock levels seasonally, and optimise textile availability.

  • Collaborate with Customer Services and Account Management to uphold service standards.

  • Analyse customer behaviour, identify overconsumption, and advise on best practices.

  • Oversee storeroom management, textile flow, and the ragged-out/rewash process.

  • Drive textile reuse and reintegration to maximise garment life and reduce waste.

  • Train internal teams and support customers on textile handling and care.

  • Use data tools and reporting to influence business decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience in an operations or service-led role.

  • Strong attention to detail with data analysis and reporting capabilities.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience in laundry/textile services or customer-focused environments is a plus.

  • IT literate, organised, and proactive.
