The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Customer Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing and managing intercompany orders and supplier orders for direct delivery to our laundries.
  • Handling customer and supplier queries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Processing order amendments and maintaining accurate order information within our ERP system.
  • Investigating and resolving order and invoice discrepancies.
  • Setting up and maintaining product codes and supplier master data.
  • Supporting invoice approval and processing activities.
  • Managing pricing updates and ensuring system information aligns with supplier price lists.
  • Processing sample orders and supporting wider supply chain administration activities.
  • Monitoring departmental KPIs and helping drive continuous improvement.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support excellent service delivery.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Good numerical skills with the ability to analyse information and identify root causes of issues.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience working within an administrative, supply chain, procurement, customer service, or operations environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX experience would be advantageous).
  • The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and team-focused approach to work.
  • A-Level education (or equivalent) is desirable.
