Your Mission at Elis

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the regional new business sales strategy aligned to company objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities through analysis of customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Set and deliver ambitious growth targets across the sales organisation.

Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire Sales Managers and wider sales teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent across the region.

Business Growth & Commercial Performance

  • Drive new business and the expansion of existing key accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with major customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value commercial agreements.
  • Deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets through effective sales leadership.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Utilise CRM systems, sales analytics, and market insights to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, and sales effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other business functions to maximise commercial success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and responsible business practices throughout the sales organisation

What will make you stand out?

Essential Requirements

  • Proven success in a senior B2B sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering significant revenue growth and commercial performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capability, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using CRM and sales performance data to influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Desirable

  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience managing large or strategic customer accounts.
  • Degree-qualified in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
